I joined three different gyms. I injured myself three times. I joined four different eating programs and lost weight each time. Then I gained back everything, plus more. I wasted too much of my precious young adult life hating my body. My career as a personal fitness trainer began one day in 1985 when I decided that was enough. It took many years, and with a fierce passion, I figured out how to develop a strategy that worked for me.
Now I teach other folks how to develop their own strategies. It’s fun. The only thing that can stop you from achieving permanent weight loss is an excuse… an obstacle. Reasons for failure fall into three categories: eating, exercise, emotions. Balance those three things, and you’ve got a recipe for success. Managing obstacles. That’s what I do. By phone, email or in person. This journey to permanent weight loss can enrich your life in deeply meaningful ways.
